The name comes from two Catalan ideas: “lliure” (to be free, to let go) and “cura’t” (to take care of yourself). Together they express the core of the project: freeing yourself from emotional weight while taking care of your mental wellbeing. Lliura’t is designed to make mental health support more accessible, closer and easier to reach for everyone. Across the visual identity, the dot appears as a simple and calm element. It represents a pause, a moment to breathe, stop for a second and reconnect with yourself.
